      Pros

      Love the company atmosphere, the work is challenging and engaging. Management and corporate staff make a real effort to provide events to engage the employees. I love the 4Cs and the real effort the company puts into their charitable work to give back to the community and causes the employees care about.

      Cons

      Like any rapidly growing business, there are challenges around that growth. At times it can be hard to focus as there is so much going on, rapid fire projects, policies being developed/changed.

      Pros

      Frontier Technology is a company with a heart for people and a head for business. After 20 months with FTI, I am continually impressed with the way our leadership cares for its employees and our clients. They fight for feedback and then challenge the team to implement changes that make sense. I have no plans to go anywhere else, I have found a home with FTI.

      Cons

      I am in Texas and my leadership is in Ohio, and sometimes the geography makes simple things a bit harder. That said, I have never had any trouble getting in touch with my leadership when needed.

      Company is growing Company has a strong focus on hearing and making improvements for its employees Company is involved in extensive charity work within its communities

      Cons

      With the growth of the company being fast it seems like it has been challenging for the company to keep up in some ways, but they seem to be making an effort to fix things. Not sure how much growth opportunity is available
