If you like fast pace environments and never sitting still, it's a good place to stay busy.

Cons

The management is a joke. Corporate HQ is in a different state and gives no care to the actual workers that keep the company running. Ancient equipment and no actual accountability by leadership to help move things in the right direction. Refusal to acknowledge those that actual put in the work is definitely stifling.
