Nerdy fun coworkers.small company where employee ideas are valued. Company's long terms goals are big and exciting. Pay is good, and perhaps compensates for some of the benefits that don't exist yet.

Cons

It would be nice to have more benefits to match what other companies offer. Life insurance, dental, disability, etc.
