      Great people, great culture, and opportunities you won't find anywhere else.

      Pros

      I've never worked anywhere with so many fun, like minded people. The atmosphere and culture here are great. In just a couple years here I've grown into a role and responsibilities that I couldn't have achieved anywhere else and I've seen others do the same.

      Cons

      Like with any small, rapidly growing company the benefits are a lagging a little. Improvements are being made.

      Pros

      The work environment at BuyFun is unique and satisfying. The company encourages an entrepreneurial spirit and teaches valuable career skills. It's exciting to work for a growing organization that lets employees make a big impact without much red tape.

      Cons

      Compensation for entry level employees is lower than average, however, the skills that are taught are extremely valuable. Promotion opportunities could be improved.

      Great culture, Friendly staff, Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Very low pay across the board Minimum of 45 hours if you are a salaried employee, not including lunch breaks Raises are often promised, but rarely delivered on time Expected overtime. Passive-aggressive comments from management if you only put the minimum amount of hours in for the week. In order to thrive here, you have to be willing to put in regular overtime even though "its not a requirement" Word of advice if you take a job here - DON'T let them talk you into being a salaried position. It's not worth it.
