Pros

It's a lot of manual labor and working fast-paced. Everything is high energy, you're never just standing still in one spot.

Cons

It's very high energy and can get very hectic and chaotic especially close to season. People are running everywhere, people are shouting, music is blasting.

Very fun, casual, cutting edge, no punching a clock, open vacation/sick

Cons

There could be better health insurance, but I hear they are improving it. Other than that, honestly it's probably been my favorite job.
