Good pay, good hours, good people for the most part.

Cons

The separate entities of each division (parts,service,rental) drives a wedge through relationships. Retirement program is awful.

Pros

They have good insurance but do not allow your spouse to be on the plan which on cost the company pennies to have them on the plan. They only contribute 3% to retirement which is a joke.

Cons

They pay for the common worker is a joke for today's industry. The managers do nothing except collect a check and this is why they have extremely high turn over. I you are a woman look somewhere before taking a job here.

Medical benefits, employees, allowed to make decisions, advancement opportunity through out the company, and a culture that strives to do the best we possibly can for our customers!

Cons

Overall a great company to work for. However, our location has a need to expand/update for quite some time due to work load.
