I really enjoyed the people I worked with and had high hopes for my role with the company. The salary was in line with what I expected. The office was very (VERY) small and I liked that. If I needed help with something, there was typically an answer very quickly!

Cons

Unfortunately, I was not trained for the role, and I was hired with the management's understanding that I had never been in staffing, and I knew little about IT. I didn't get to 'shadow' anyone.. which I feel, now that I am very successful at the same role with another company, would have been incredibly helpful.

Pros

Great work/life balance. Team collaboration is encouraged in the office. We work together for the greater whole and are rewarded as a team for hitting milestones. No internal micromanagement or internal politics to contend with. Great pay for a job well done.

Cons

Systems are a little clunky with little remote access but nothing unmanageable. Benefits could use some improvement.
