Pros

FIT has a National presence with a local feel. It’s an organization that promotes the entrepreneur spirit. I have had the best experience transitioning into the company and being supported with any issues that may arise. The operation and support staff is excellent and they resolve your issues as if they are sitting in your local branch. I have worked for a few consulting firms in my career and have not received the type of support I have received at GES/FIT. I highly recommend you consider for your next career endeavor. If you want an organization that will help you design a successful career path, look no further!

Pros

I have worked for another local competitor, and am so relieved and happy to be at Fahrenheit. Our director is one of the best in the local market, is fair, and is a pleasure to work with. I never fear bringing anything up to him and I genuinely enjoy coming to work. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Because of how quickly the firm is growing and acquiring other agencies on a national basis, we do feel like we are on our "own island" at the local level and are often making decisions on contracts/clients on our own. Fine by me but some may consider this a con.

Pros

I've been employed by Fahrenheit IT for almost 3 years. The management team is stable and among the brightest in the industry and they care about their employees and consultants. The company is growing rapidly and it's an exciting time to be apart of the team.

Cons

Because of the company's rapid growth there are times when the workload is heavy. Our teams meet weekly to review priorities and to collaborate and I've felt supported by my peers as well as executive management.
