Pros

i am able to currently work from home.

Cons

upper management focuses more on customer satisfaction at the cost of their employees. poor communication and zero training or real expectation of what your job responsibilities are compared to your title/job description. Claim to be Agile but there are PM's that have no clue what the actual project team does.

Pros

Welcoming atmosphere, most care about one another on a personal level. Each project is a new adventure. Allows employees to try new ideas and mold current ones. Though no clear technical terms used, industry skills learned.

Cons

Travel can be a bit sporadic, change management lacking structure, knowledge transfer needs improvement. Need more collaborative workspaces.
