Pros

Everyone is positive and seem happy working here. Work life balance is good..

Cons

Better internal process documentation would be useful. Details of each customer environment setup, customer data environment access and database customizations.

Pros

Flexible work environment allows you to work from home at times and work alternative schedules as long as you get your work done. Management does not micromanage at all. If you are a self-starter, this is the place for you. If you are someone who needs daily micromangement and hand holding, this is not the place for you.

Cons

Travel can be cumbersome for some employees. Depending on the project you are assigned to, you can be daunting. Sometimes the travel is fun, depending on the location.
