Able to work independently .

Cons

Not enough resources. Everyone is overbooked which makes getting what you need to perform your duties difficult.

Pros

Great team work. Fellow employees always step in, in case someone needs assistance and are more than willing to share their experience and knowledge base.

Cons

I would say a better compensation will keep the employees motivated. The work load can become very high often that requires lot of extra hours of work in the evening and weekends. I work in the Support Engineers group and often deal with tasks that require extra hours. I would like an annual salary increment that takes into account the Cost of Living increase that we have experienced since 2020.
