Pros

Great co-workers. Great environment. Employees allowed to speak freely to all levels of management. Politics don't exist. If you are a go-getter, this is the place for you. This is an industry that is a niche so you may find it very interesting and challenging.

Cons

Travel can be burdensome for individuals with small children.

Pros

Employees are not micro-managed. Employees are invited to share ideas, and share thoughts. People are friendly, and willing to help. Management will help on tasks if asked, and will assist employees in daily activities. Employees can speak freely to managers and peers.

Cons

Training is not the best, so if you need hands on training for everything, this isn't the company for you. If you are eager to learn, you can, but nobody is going to hold your hand. Travel can be tough on a young family.
