I value the culture that we have created, and everyone is willing to help each other.

The work/life balance is a struggle and the demand to get a lot done with not a lot of time or people is rough.

Cons

Not enough resources. Everyone is overbooked which makes getting what you need to perform your duties difficult.

Pros

My supervisor is always providing guidance and making sure we get proper training. My team is also great to work with. They are friendly, helpful, hardworking and are always ready to step up and help others. I overall love working with my team and my supervisor.

Cons

Time management seems to be a problem with projects. It seems leadership gives out deadlines they can't deliver and then expect everyone to work nights and weekends often without additional incentive or compensation.
