      They'll give you a water bottle for Christmas ne year, that's about the only good thing they have done for me.

      Cons

      I've worked for Fairview on and off for 10 years. This company only cares about making money and could care less about the patients or staff. Expect a 2% cost of living raised each year only while CEOs get million dollar raises. They continually expect their employees to do more with less and are indifferent to the safety of everyone involved. Had to witness one due in a psych ward last week mostly due to short staffing. I've seen nearly every one of my coworkers physically injured yet they intentionally short staff. Not to mention the union busting. Fairview is ruthless and takes the care out of healthcare.
