      Always shifts to pick up for extra money Flexible schedules

      Cons

      Constantly short staffed. Patients attacking employees and causing serious injury. Jill in behavioral staffing will screw you over any way she can get away with. Not enough staff to cover day to day needs putting staff at risk. High turnover in staff and providers. Management treats you like a number rather than a person. Upper management keeps to themselves in their nice offices and make policy changes for nothing they know anything about Don’t be played by the money and all the talk about how they do the best for their patients. Staff and patients are treated poorly.

      Pros

      If you’re passionate about healthcare and helping people, then you’re able to provide patients with the care they need and desire-if you’re working under a like-minded supervisor.

      Cons

      -Unless you wear a suit and tie and sit behind a desk, your input doesn’t matter to anyone in administration. They will roll out ‘pilot’ programs that are doomed from the start for reasons that are obvious to the people that will actually be performing the work. If those people express their concerns, their concerns will be dismissed, Fairview will continue with whatever the new venture is, and then when it fails, they’ll say ‘we’re not sure why it failed’. -You’ll watch all this money being thrown at these big changes that are doomed from the start, and then when it comes time for raises, they’ll say the company can’t afford to give raises.
