      Awful since merger with Health East

      They used to pay well before COVID hit

      Cons

      Senior leadership is untrustworthy, it's a compensation based model and they can't keep us busy anymore, so paycuts have been dramatic. It will take 18 months to come out of the hole based on the comp plan. Work flow is a mess because the system has changed. Turnover rate is huge.

      Good benefits and nice coworkers

      Cons

      Employees are treated poorly by the company. You do not feel appreciated and instead feel like they just keep asking for you to give more and more. You are treated more as a body to fill a spot than you are a human being.

      Terrible health benefits for a Health Care Company

      The only pros to working here was some of the people I worked with.

      Cons

      The benefits are atrocious when compared to other companies like General Mills, Medtronic, Wells Fargo, Target, Bank of America, etc. Here are a few: -You get almost nothing for PTO -If you're a military service member (Nation Guard), expect to burn your PTO every year for military duties. -Very few holidays off -If you do work a holiday, you need to use PTO if you want additional pay. (No holiday pay)
