      Pros

      This company is amazing! I have loved everything about the culture and the people around me. This company puts a lot of value into their people which is evident across the board. People are hard-working, encouraging, relaxed, caring, honest. Beer in the fridge, massages, manicures, haircuts, so much swag. I have learned more at this company in a few months than I ever would anywhere else. It's amazing!

      -Awesome people- Everyone is extremely smart, motivated, and most of all passionate about the company and product. -Communication- Transparency is key. Management is honest, transparent and always keep everyone informed of changes. -The work itself- People are extremely competent and intelligent, so everyone is always learning from each other constantly. -Flexibility- work hard, play hard -- Results driven and not concerned about face time. Flex hours, unlimited vacation days (but everyone loves their job so much we blend work and fun together). -Free snacks, drinks, social activities, sport perks...

      Pros

      Great benefits, casual work environment, challenging projects, free lunch! I won't be able to work anywhere else after working here. I love the growth and idea of the future being great!

      Cons

      I can't think of any now, we are growing fast, so to work here you must be able to adapt daily to changes.
