      Pros

      Great people to work with mostly, lots of great perks, great place for a fresh out of college person.

      Cons

      It's a mess- especially HR. Lots of reorganizations and restructures, poor communication, lots of grunt work while the higher-ups just take the ideas and claim them as their own.

      -Interesting projects -Great colleagues -Flexible PTO -Decent health insurance

      Cons

      -Push to RTO without enough desks in the NYC office -Most people in mid-level management are clicky/political. If you're on their bad side you're screwed -Salary is not up to par with other companies
