NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Pros

FULLY REMOTE POSITION COMPLETELY WORK FROM HOME

Cons

24hour workday. They change the work schedule as they please without considering your personal life. I expect you to work all night till 4-7 am for an extra dollar or two, and the pay is okay. but not worth the lack of sleep. Ridiculous chat handling expectations. When I joined they said we had unlimited PTO, but after a few months, it was constrained. I was not asking for multiple days off per month but I could barely get time off to attend family events because there was always an issue, they also had "No call out days" So manadatory work days, regardless of what you had going on in your personal life. Not worth the rude customers

Makes you sign a non-compete and lays you off, screwing you over

Pros

Good salary, great people at the execution level

Cons

Leadership does not care about people at all since the reorg. They forced employees to sign a non-compete, then laid people off. They refuse to waive the non-compete which means anyone job hunting right now is screwed for a minimum of six months.

Started out great

Pros

There are none now, other than pay. When I first started, we had guaranteed weekends off, extra time off, and unlimited PTO. That was all removed when FD joined the stock market.

Cons

Most work weekends, PTO time reduced, no extra time off during summer. If you're looking for a customer support position, don't apply unless you have thick skin and are willing to do the work to move up. All of these online gambling companies treat CS as bottom of the barrel unfortunately.
