Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

First things first, supervisors and managers lie to you day in and day out. You are constantly being mislead about growth in the company. I worked here for 3 years and was given 4 interviews for higher positions and each time was told that there was "something" I needed to improve in my current job in order to get that position. Each time, the reason changed and it was a never ending cycle. This company will do everything it possibly can to keep you where you are and to gaslight you into thinking you are never good enough. Micromanagement is on another level. You are not trusted, if you are 30 seconds late to your breaks you are reprimanded and made to feel bad. Supervisors gaslight you at levels that are almost comedic. Favoritism. Anyone who has worked here knows what I mean by this. Higher management has favorites and these are the people treated well and given growth opportunities. If you get on the "bad side" of any member of that favoritism circle, you are toast and will never be able to come back from it. Metrics change by the week and the bar is always getting higher and higher while never being able to be realistically reached. This is their tactic of keeping low level employees in their place. This company loves to boast and brag that they are so inclusive and diverse because of their number of employees who are people of color. Look a little deeper, they are hiring people of this demographic only at the entry and low level (CS agents). If you look at upper management, they are overwhelmingly white. This is not a coincidence. "Unlimited PTO" is a flat out lie. You do not have unlimited PTO. You have to get your PTO approved, and it almost always will never be approved. I got maybe about 20% of the PTO I requested approved in three years, this is not what I would consider to be "unlimited". There are about 30-35 "Big Calendar Days" where you are not able to take time off and if you miss the day for any reason at all, you will be written up. Work life balance is non existent. Your schedule changes sometimes every month and maintaining any sort of consistency is INCREDIBLY challenging. You have to work weekends as well. Sometimes you are asked to take on more work and be trained on many different things. This means that you sometimes are at a huge disadvantage compared to other agents. This means you will have a much harder time meeting your metrics compared to other agents. They do nothing to take that into consideration and of course they do not pay you more for it either. There are many other things that I could talk about, but some of the other review touched on them as well. I would recommend reading those as well. If you are still reading this and have made it this far and are considering working here, take it from me and do yourself a favor and look into another company. You will be able to find a company who is above these tactics. If you have even the slightest sliver of respect for yourself, do not work here. You will be gaslit to feel awful and unworthy day in and day out by upper management. I can't believe I stayed here for as long as I have.

Pros

Great benefits packages. "Unlimited PTO". Remote - they provide you with the laptop.

Cons

Scheduling hours. Poor management. Scapegoat of the company. They do not do anything to make it easier for you when the company is on fire. Customers most often are rude and management basically just says deal with it. You are not given a chance outside of your role until after 9 months of suffering. No real work life balance if you get scheduled mid-day or night shifts. Workforce management is constantly on your case if you are one minute off the outlined schedule. They treat you like children.
