      Cons

      Schedule changes every 3 months. You are given a schedule based off of your stats and not available or personal life. They don’t care abut what you have going on outside of work. I haven’t had a Saturday and Sunday off unless I’ve called out in two years. They also give a lot of PTO and you have to fight to be able to use it. Pay is also only 19 an hour.
