      Work from home and the benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Hours and scheduling are bad, and you are held responsible for customer experience (when people lose bets and money, you are expected to make them happy about it).

      Employer covered health care premiums Flexible time off policy for most positions/states Hybrid Remote/In Office work environment

      Cons

      HR is slow and uncoordinated. Historically chaotic coordination between departments and ineffective technical direction/leadership. Rapid scaling and transition from startup to medium scale company has been rough and has challenges. Company culture, process, and compensation is taking a negative hit since listing on the stock exchanges. Full remote positions dwindling. US East coast centered business so higher advancement would would likely require relocating close to one of the core offices.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, interesting domain and very positive supportive and friendly culture.

      Cons

      It's currently suffering from a lot of growing pains shifting gears from a 'startup' mentality to a mature business. A lot of shared code isn't actually owned by anyone, and sometimes getting teams to all get on the same page is an exercise in herding cats.
