Pros

Flexible hours and half day fridays.

Cons

Too much hiring/promoting centered around filling demographic quotas. Leads to weak middle/upper management at manager/director/VP levels. Difficult working with certain teams at Fannie who are poorly staffed (either not enough resources, or not the right resources).
