      Pros

      Good work life balance, my manager is very laid back, all remote for my team personally, benefits are solid, and the company is stable

      Cons

      Compensation is not industry leading for positions, usually average or slightly below average with my experience. Lack of career progressions in the sense of promotions, I've been here for almost 3 years and no promotions.

      Pros

      The people are smart, kind, and mission focused. The Executives really seem to car what employees think. The benefits are amazing and compensation is improving. Love the fact that management is not forcing us back into the office- the hybrid strategy is smart.

      Cons

      Governance! Constant oversight and audit from our conservator can be tough. It’s also a culture of too many meetings. A lot of the employees have worked here forever and are really entitled- they remember the “good old days” and complain but don’t realize that the entire market shifted and the grass is not greener on the other side of the fence. I’ve worked a lot of other places and know that we have it really good here compared to most other companies, so their griping and entitlement gets irritating. Our boomerang rate is high so hey, I guess many are figuring that out.
