Pros

Great team of professionals, interesting international projects, up-to-date technologies, multiple tasks. I am enjoying being a part of this company, learning new tools and trends in IT in the printing industry internationally.

Home Office is the only pro.

Cons

- No cultural alignment - High turnover - Unliateral contract with absurd clauses - No feedback - Company hire people around the world and don't respect any labour law - No clear view on payment days - Time doctor is a micro management tool that invades your privacy - No clear processes - No transparency on posit ions and duties - Company use international contract with contractors just to get cheap labour on poor countries. - there is no HR
