Pros

There is so much room for growth!

Cons

You have to work hard to succeed.... not really a con, but too many people will think it is.

Pros

Promotes work-life balance. Develops employees to be better versions of themselves. Great place to retire. Continually adapting to the changing environment in order to sustain a viable operation and in order to continue support of our rural customers and farming communities. I have worked for other organizations and none felt like my home away from home like FCMA. This is not just a job, it is a career where you build life-long friendships and learn more about who you are than one could imagine. I have been with the organization over 7 years and I still love coming to work every day. That speaks for itself.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement in the retail offices but more opportunities do exist in the Louisville offices. I have no other cons.

Good company. Bad leadership.

Pros

Benefits are great. Tools and resources are good. Coworkers are for the most part hard working and all around good people.

Cons

One of the worst displays of favoritism I've ever had the displeasure to witness. IT group is managed by cronyism and if not part of the good ole boy network, forget it. "Leaders" are selected by how close you are to the CIO, who unbelievably is now also the CFO. What a joke.
