Pros
Training program is excellent. Mentoring program is a great relief, you are not just thrown in after training in a "sink or swim" attitude. Rewards and Recognition seems to be slightly better than most other companies.Learning and Development is strongly encouraged as well as career pathing. Scheduling of core hours and abililty to flex time.
Cons
Claim work loads are crazy !!! -- but OT is welcomed. Moving to the floor from training is very frustrating. The desk are dirty, some computers work some don't you have to call IT yourself and make a ticket for something that should have been prepared for you - after 7 weeks of training - someone knew you were coming to the floor. Have the basic supply set up (calendar, pens, etc...). Set of the printer and some of the other applications that require a great deal of time.
