Pros

This is a good entry level job right out of college. I did like the extras this job provided. You were given a car, a laptop and they paid for your gas. After a few months of training you could basically work outside of the office because you are visiting body shops and estimating damages. Most people spent 50% in the office and %50 outside doing claims.

Cons

There was a lot of turnover. When I was training other workers would tell me how much they hated this job and the only reason they were there was to pay their bills. Training is below par. There are some trainers who are good and some who are horrible and lazy, I have had both. There was a lot of people working overtime, but their managers wouldn't let them put it on their time cards.

Pros

Get a company car and cell phone

Cons

You never stop working and they will not pay overtime. The managers do not care about you and want the job done by any means. You will not have a life outside of work and if you don't work at home you will be seen as behind and not doing your job.

Pros

Opportunity to learn and explore a Fortune 100 company. The company will sponsor you to get your insurance licenses, as well as your financial licenses. The trips and meetings around the conutry are nice as well. The co workers were a nice group of people that you could party with.

Cons

In my role as a Reserve District Manager, I was not given the room to grow that I needed. It was all business and developing a new Center and no time to develop me as an individual. The downsides are the individual is responsible for their own growth and development but the area is not conducive to that type of environment.
