Pros
Based on the reviews I've read about every other insurance company, this one is no different. Some supervisors are great, others are less than non-effective, so hope you get a good one. More work than an employee can handle in a workday and offices are tight with OT, but expect that you will get all of your work done, be DOI compliant, get all of your customer service calls done in a timely manner in an 8 hour day. Benefits are good and pay is good, but that is the best I can say. Like most of the other large insurance companies, this one will be further centralizing with local offices closing. Growth opportunities are available if you are WILLING TO MOVE.
Cons
Poor management (about 50% of management) and unrealistic work expectations. OT is needed almost daily to get the job done, but management won't admit to that.
