The PEOPLE! The company has some of the brightest and most caring humans. The company is continues to grow quarter after quarter... year over year. I'm personally and professionally challenged day in and day out and have some really great people around me to enjoy the ride with.

Cons

With a hyper-growth company comes a lot of change. It's not for everyone.

Pros

The company has a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, as well as some additional resources with regards to mental health, and financial management.

Cons

The salaries are fairly low (about 15-20% lower) compared to similar companies. Employees of the older demographics are overworked and undervalued; often confided in for newer employees who end up getting promoted intead, so there seems to be some disconnect between upper management and veterans that drive much of the company knowledge. FastSpring has historically offered some sort of profit share or equity options for employees, but under the new ownership of AKKR, these options were removed, essentially giving significant pay cuts and lacking par compared to competitors.
