Pros

Great culture and great company. In terms of attainable market, the possibilities are endless and the company is doing exceptionally well. With the new CEO (David) who has clear plans to take FastSpring to excellence, this is a great time to join.

Cons

Still small and dealing with growing pains but managing it very well.
