      Pros

      Pay is good for part-time support and there is a very flexible schedule. Also you get some good basic job experience.

      Cons

      Not much job growth potential in this company. You will not be moving anywhere fast and opportunities are far and few.

      Good place to learn on your feet - sometimes running

      Pros

      -Get so see a lot of what goes into day to day operations of running a business. -Ive been sales support at 3 branches and helped with CSP implementations at 3 branches and can without a doubt say I've liked every single person I've worked with at Fastenal. -They will work around your college schedule at the sales support level. -Graduating soon and will most likely jump right into OS after about a year at Fastenal. -Bounty Hunter competition is fun. -Learn about a large company that works with Industries that drive the U.S. economy

      Cons

      -SS hour limits leaves you scratching to survive. -Hour limits also leave more for the GM and OS to get done when they should designate all their time to selling. -Comission pay scale and POS cost issues seem unfair at times. -Sometimes there is a lack of transparency throughout the organization. -online training is ok but using POS fast and errorless comes through repetition. **Get the website looking better, feeling better and easier to navigate** it would save a lot of time and money for customers to make online orders.

      no go to market strategy, lack of training, especially in regards to products and their usage, no support in the branch, too much unproductive time spent inside the branch
