Pros

To be honey, no accountability for work apart from acting as of you are working is a plus if you know how to play around the system.

Cons

Murphy's law, what can go wrong will go wrong in the company. Management lacks vision and people judge your work based on how much you will shout at subordinates. If you shout and humiliate them more, then you are working more.
