Dono about any pros of it. Plzz respect Ur employees. And give them good training

It's one of the worst company. I worked here under a manager named as Mr Dhayanand. They didn't gave ny training as well. These companies don't care about employees. Trust me guys never join such company. U won't learn as well grow here.
