Lacks right processes and right set of people

Pros

Owner is a visionary and pull things up if he wishes to. Brand name still holds good in the market

Cons

Old employees who hardly know anything about how businesses are run today. The back-end of the organization runs like a 1970's model. Competitors are catching up and its esteemed brand name is on stake.

Hours are awful for the midnight shift. Management switches hours without much notice
