Pros

You learn a lot of cool things about printing and meet lots of people. Pay is good for a student in college (above minimum wage). Day and night shifts are available.

Cons

Pay is not good for someone with a family or trying to move out on their own. You will still be considered full time while only getting 32 hours a week. They are constantly cutting hours (especially during the summer). The people I work with have been there for years and many are not very knowledgeable about how to conduct day to day duties. Scheduling is unfair to me (never receive a weekend off & have to use your vacation days if you need to). Training SUCKS. You definitely get thrown to the wolves and current team members are supposed to show you the ropes but most of them either have stinky attitudes, too busy, and/or do not know much. Bonuses SUCK! You only get compensated if you sell the Product of the Month. An example would be: For every 3 pens you sell you receive $1 on your paycheck. Each store differs but my experience keeps me searching for a new job every opportunity I get.

Pros

We have a strong support base in Memphis and take care of our people. Always a professional challenge and enjoy the people I work with.

Cons

Often too much to do to make the work meet personal quality standards. Systems take a long time to update.

Pros

Upper-mobility, fast-track to management. If your ambition is to middle management, this is the company for you. You can literally start at the bottom and make it to management in less than two years.

Cons

horrible tools, understaffed, crazy hours, unfair policies. Draconian policies likes "the customer is always right" in an industry that is on the fringe of retail is not intelligent. We produce what we sale in accord with what customers gives us. This is a spell for disaster.
