Pros

commission on sale items, get a lot of hours, good experience, apparently its a great company to work for

Cons

its fast pace, basically your a secretary to the public which is very stressful, you deal with people who forget your customer service and think your their servants. Not only do I deal with printings but I also have to process packages, so I feel like im always running around. Plus I'm always working long hours.

Pros

Good benefits, paid time off, education reimbursement, etc., Experience in the printing industry gained, computer training

Cons

Expect to work with the technological ignorance of both the public and some team members. Definitely a job you must enter with some computer literacy. You will be asked to do just about everything in the store including but not limited to running and quality checking full orders on your own. Although you will be trained in the basic of consulting you will not however have any training using the OTP interface unless it's hands on. Expect that management needs you to have just about all areas 80% learned within 6 months.

Pros

FedEx offers some great medical insurance, A greak 401k program with matching up to 5%, and a decent salary compared to competition.

Cons

Company expectations for this job is completely unreasonable. Their "yes, we can!" policy is a way of letting customers place orders (no matter the size or due time) no matter what. Even if the store is closing in 5 minutes and the customer needs 1000 binders consisting of 1000 pages each by the time the store opens in the morning (which takes at least 3 hrs to print)...I would be scheduled until 11pm (with a job title that didn't even require me to handle these jobs) and not leave the store until 3am, if not later. Overtime pay is great, but 8 hours in between shifts is not worth it.
