      They help pay for college, up to $750 per semester.

      Cons

      No real training You are expected to learn and figure out how to use the various machines and system on your own Over worked Understaffed Unreasonable customers Low pay in relation to the amount of work you do Management does not back you, everything is your fault regardless of the circumstances

      Slightly Better than Min. Wage Retail Jobs

      Pros

      $3 Higher than min. wage. Has A.C. during hot weather. Vacation, sick time, 401k and health insurance for full timer. Part timer gets similar benefits but at slower rate.

      Cons

      Way too many expectations for slightly above min. wage job. Store will always be understaffed and your team is expected to deliver 100% or more purple promises for customer services and achieve targets for monthly metrics. Each staff are expected to be 100% experts in areas of self service, shipping service, and printing service. You are expected to be janitors, taking trash and cleaning restroom. You will get belittled and treated rudely by customers who aren't happy with how understaffed your store is and they're kept waiting in line because of it. Assistant manager and manager are nowhere to be seen most of the time when the store gets busy...

      Good company, folks mean well

      Pros

      Great company and people. Although a large company, you never really felt that and everyone seemed to really want to do well with their tasks

      Cons

      Sometimes mid-management was in place just because of tenure. Often times, their information was limited to what FedEx Office does without enough exposure to other companies or competitors abilities.
