FedEx at one point was a good place to work. Now they’re just continuing to go downhill. They keep adding extra work and they don’t raise our pay. On top of all that, if you fail to get a successful rating during your performance appraisal, you are denied your yearly merit increase. Also moving up in the company is tough if you want to get into corporate. The job opportunities there are very slim unless you try to move up in store and become a store manager. Team member positions are in abundance. Anything above that? Not much. I used to recommend FedEx to my friends, but I don’t anymore.
