Pros

Flexible work environment, Job stability and company growth, Independence to make decisions

Cons

Must be willing to accept changes from the top even if they negatively impact day to day in your station, too many conference calls

Pros

The benefits are fantastic. Very stable corporation. Lots of different directions to make a career path.

Cons

Nothing is ever enough. Crisis management constantly. One can run their operation at 99.1% effective (which beats the goal) and all upper management can do is still ask "what happened to the other .9%. Accountability & responsibility has crossed the line in to punishment. More time and emphasis and making sure the couriers are wearing the correct socks and not working on getting customers their packages.

Pros

You will lose weight and get fit. The work is hard, but the physical benefits and pay help offset the difficulty. Plus, there is room to grow in the company if you are dedicated enough.

Cons

Our hours kept fluctuating which made it difficult to figure out an average weekly salary. (However, the company was very timely about delivering their paychecks to employees.) I was promised to work five hour shifts, but as time went on that was reduced to three and I sometimes worked less than three hours a day. Once, I was asked to not come in because there was not enough work. Even the full-timers were getting their hours cut with some complaining about "two-hour lunches" meaning that their (unpaid) meal break was extended to two hours instead of the normal (and state-required) 30 minutes. The only time I was able to work five hour shifts was during the holiday rush in December.
