      Good Company but needs to be revamped at-least the IT

      Lots of learning opportunities, free hand below the Managerial level, Global presence

      Cons

      OLD systems, running multiple flavors and Landscapes of SAP. Supported 10+ SAP Landscapes from Windows to Linux to AIX. Had so many 20+ hours of working day. Job was never appriciated by the upper management. Kept loosing Good people, bad ones are still hanging around. Loosing almost 2-5 IT folks a month, gladly there is a new CEO. Hopefully he will turn it around, heard that it was a good company but became horrible in the last 5 years. IT department needs to be looked at, right from Top to the Manager level, lots of in-compitent and Yes Sir kind of people in the team. Company pays more respect to Consultants than it's own employee.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Benefits and salaries are competitive with industry standards. Definitely would recommend. Federal-Mogul is also fairly flexible.

      Cons

      Spurts of lay offs come from out of the blue. At times when open positions come up, everyone does not have a fair shot at the position.

      Pros

      Innovative Good people Pay is great Not a bad place to work you just will not have a work life balance and that is important to me. Turn over is high hiring is slow. You will take on parts of other jobs as others leave which is normal. But when it happens to the point that you are staying late and getting there early you have to question is this working out. Note you can have a good manager and your job is great you can have a bad manger and your life is hell. Which makes the company looks bad or good.

      *Long hours *Bad health Plan *High Turn over *Several IT operating systems *Lot of manual work that could be automated *BAD on boarding process and Training The people there in every position feel that they are over worked and doing the job of two if not three people *note (José Maria Alapont is no longer there)
