      Pros

      They worked with my ever changing school schedule. Every 4 months i had a somewhat different schedule. The ability to be flexible.

      Cons

      Hard to switch departments. When learning a new department getting signed off takes forever. The training is spotty, depending on who you have and what department.

      Pros

      Federal Mogul still has a core of proud brands and remains an important player in the automotive parts industry. Manufacturing and product design remain strong.

      Cons

      Much of the core competency of this organization lies with the people and their expertise. This is largely unappreciated and rapidly being discarded by short-sighted management. Extremely bleak work environment with low morale.
