      Federal-Mogul is growing in the middle of Skokie - this is something you don't hear too often! Growth comes at a price.

      Pros

      Not too many manufacturing facilities in this area are growing. The potential is there - new products, new processes and new potential. For a company with facilities all over the world, it's impressive that Skokie is still around!

      Cons

      The heart is not beating - this is a company that has lost a lot of what made working there such a privilege. People are no longer as important as they were. What used to be a team environment ("We're a team first.") has slowly turned into a cold by-the-numbers facility.
