      Very Poor Leadership to include HR

      Pay scale is good and work accommodations are adequate

      Cons

      Leadership is the absolute worst and HR follows their lead. HR does not stand up for the employees, they are intimidated of leadership and have no back bone to do what's right for the employees.

      19th Century leadership. Not fact or compliance driven at all.

      Cons

      Stuck in the old school of business. Lacks integrity and compliance and works daily to cover it up. Very disrespectful to hourly workforce.
