      I gained some good experience, but was very happy to leave

      Pros

      I worked with some good people, but few appreciated the contribution of my colleagues and me. Federal-Mogul Powertrain is more stable and the CEO is a good guy, who is well liked.

      Cons

      Motorparts CEO is is Carl Icahn's guy. He'll probably be good for the business but will leave a wake of bodies. He is smart and could be likable if he cared about others.
