Pros

Innovative Good people Pay is great Not a bad place to work you just will not have a work life balance and that is important to me. Turn over is high hiring is slow. You will take on parts of other jobs as others leave which is normal. But when it happens to the point that you are staying late and getting there early you have to question is this working out. Note you can have a good manager and your job is great you can have a bad manger and your life is hell. Which makes the company looks bad or good.

Cons

*Long hours *Bad health Plan *High Turn over *Several IT operating systems *Lot of manual work that could be automated *BAD on boarding process and Training The people there in every position feel that they are over worked and doing the job of two if not three people *note (José Maria Alapont is no longer there)

Pros

The company has a global footprint, great product line, and hard working employees the only problem is that there is a total leadership void. There are many long- time employees that would love to see the company succeed.

Cons

The senior executives in this company have created a toxic work environment that has force many good employees to leave. The CEO and the Senior Vice Presidents are not capable of leadership which is totally lacking; instead of leadership they choose to use intimidation and fear to micro-manage subordinates thus creating an inefficient and troubled management system within the company. The Senior Executives can best be described as confused, egotistical, and narcissistic.

Pros

The company is recognized for having good engineering, great products, with a global manufacturing footprint. It also offers a good balance in both Aftermarket, and Original Equipment business.

Cons

The leadership can best be described as narcissistic, egomania, self-serving, with little consideration given to its customers, employees, or share holders.
