      Great, but room for improvement

      Pros

      Great work environment and people, everyone was helpful to each other and had a good mood in general. People did not behave selfishly or in other negative/counterproductive ways. It was easy to get information or help you needed from other workers.

      Cons

      Work balance was a little lopsided at times: some days are very busy, some days are not so busy. Too many things are done over email/net because of the company's global nature.

      Pros

      Most people who are not in senior management roles are supportive. Everyone is miserable yet as a peer we all try to make it easier for one another

      Cons

      Worst work life/balance I have ever seen in a company. Worked 70+ hours a week with no light at end of tunnel. All predecessors left the plant within 1.5 years and completely switched industries. Unless you are completely desperate for a job, stay away from Federal-Mogul. I was burned out mentally and emotionally from this facility.

      Used to be a good place to work but current leadership has created a toxic, unhealthy work atmosphere.

      Pros

      Broad product line for OE and aftermarket. Still some good people to work with, but a lot of turn over in the past few years.

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment with the current leadership. Very unprofessional. Executives "lead" by fear and it trickles down to all levels. Many people have left or have health issues due to stress.
