      Cons

      This isn't your hipster coffee shop where shorts and sandals are acceptable. You've got to dress the part of a business professional and be ready to act like it. Want a cool beanbag chair in the lobby? no thank you. Wanna work from home because that's what everyone your age is doing? I don't think so. Although there are a few exceptions and the occasional casual-Friday sleeve tattoo exposure, it's primarily business professional all day every day.

      Pros

      Great Corporate Culture. Senior Management is involved and approachable. Hard Work is rewarded with verbal recognition and increases in responsibility. Flexible work schedule. Management promotes working and winning as a team.

      Cons

      Very difficult to ascend in salary grade. Merit bonus structure is extremely minimal. Health Benefits are ok, but the deductible and out of pocket maximums are high.
