      Amazing company that walks the culture talk

      Pros

      Feedonomics has its own culture department. The Pros are incredible: people, time off, flexibility, pay, benefits, communication. We are a totally remote company, which I believe is also a benefit. Honestly this is the best place I've ever worked by a long shot.

      I have literally nothing negative to say about this company.

      Incredible company that puts employees first

      Pros

      Feedonomics is hands down the best place I've worked in my professional career. Company culture is often overlooked, but Feedonomics is rooted in putting people first. Although the team is remote, the people empowerment team does an incredible job bringing the team together. I feel connected to my colleagues on all teams, not just the folks I work with most often. Leadership is open to new ideas and encourages you share your thoughts on how to improve processes, culture, the workplace, etc. Overall, I couldn't recommend Feedonomics more!
