      Pros

      People are always willing to help.

      Cons

      Pay Rate used to be okay, but with the fast growing, they became super greedy. Retention rate is down and people are leaving left to right. Be ready to NOT have a work life balance.

I am curious about your statement regarding retention as our retention is at an industry leading 91% - and the folks that have left have given us wonderful feedback and let us know that their decision was a personal one. With our absolute commitment to employee satisfaction and ensuring a focus on personal and professional growth, we do not concur with your statement that our people are “leaving left or right”. If you feel that you are struggling to have a work-life balance, please share this information with either your direct manager or our People Empowerment department who are always available and willing to help. In terms of compensation, we use multiple benchmarks to ensure we're as competitive as we can be, and we are constantly evaluating how to be as attractive as possible. Please feel free to come and discuss your concerns as we encourage open and honest feedback.

      Pros

      The culture is awesome, very autonomous and flexible where leadership trusts you to get the work done. Shawn is an incredible leader that likes to give back to the community and is highly engaged with his employees. Absolutely blown away with how nice, supportive and welcoming everyone is at the company - has made transitioning into a new job very comfortable and seamless. I already feel I've made so many new friends even with being fully remote. The benefits are awesome and feel like I found a new home!

      There are no cons! I'll definitely be here for the long term.

      Solid Company to Work for

      *Remote work *Great place to grow *Challenging Work *Requires a lot of critical thinking *Open communication *Awesome Team Lead *Amazing People Feedonomics is a company with great people and opportunities to grow. I’ve grown from knowing near nothing regarding tech space to being able to create complex database solutions within my first year. I have a mutually beneficial relationship with Feedonomics, which is always the goal with anywhere I work for. My voice is always heard and my requests are always either met in full, or in the middle. I’ve always felt that I’m treated fairly and that senior leadership is willing to make time to hear me out.

      *No 401k match *Would love better HMO health options (I prefer the HMO options prior to the acquisition) *I sometimes miss playing ping pong in the office *Long hours sometimes
